If you are familiar with Thai food, you will know that some dishes provide excellent options as buffet / party food, especially items from our starter list such as spring rolls, chicken satay, prawn toast, heaven prawns, dim sum etc. These can be prepared for you to suit your event requirements and at a discounted rate. Fruit & Vegetable Carving

 

Thai chefs are famous for their ability with fruit and vegetable carving and the Head Chef at En-Thai-Sing (Uthai) is no exception. With amazing dexterity he can quickly make a carrot look

like a flower or carve a special greeting into a water melon.
